The hand-crafted production of the first factory -it couldn’t be different- showed a really hard to tame chimera. The taste, textures and bubbles hardly resisted for a long time to mate in the wonderfull taste we were looking for.

And as a good Chimera, it left many wounded on it’s journey. Years have passed, and we we can proudly say that our Quimera, without losing strength, bitterness or courage, has finnaly given up to the enchantments of the brewmaster and became a delicious product full of misticism and charm.
